Within 6 years of its existence “EKHO” has carried out its activities in a variety of medical,
educational, financial programs, which are of periodic and continuous nature.
The organization's beneficiaries are disabled children, who are regularly provided with medication on the basis of a special document given by the patient, also carriages are provided according to needs and again on the basis of appropriate documents.
Within the scope of the program "Help our children to hear", which aims to support children bad at hearing, receive high quality and expensive digital headphones. At present with the efforts of "EKHO" NGO dozens of children are able to hear. Still dozens are waiting with great impatience to the day, when passing medical examination, they will also receive their digital hearing devices. Be informed that the "EKHO" NGO cooperates with "ARFA Med" and "Erebuni" medical centers, where our children are receiving accurate diagnosis and current medical controls.
Since 2010 "EKHO" NGO has been cooperating with “OGNEM” fund and with the Yerevan State Medical University "Muratsan"
University Hospital Chemotherapy Clinic and within the scope of our "Healthy Childhood" program supports children suffering from oncological diseases.
Medication is obtained for the full course of chemotherapy, as well as derivative medications for general treatment.
Our desire is that children in Armenia suffering from blood diseases could receive such treatment as abroad. Unfortunately, we still have to fill that gap: The above organizations are uniting their efforts and potential abilities for the main goal that is to help children in need.
The organization's beneficiaries are approximately 200 disabled children, who are regularly awarded with gifts, food, clothing, stationery, hygiene items, etc.
With the help of "EKHO" NGO there was organized christening ceremony for 120 disabled children.
It is already four years, "EKHO" NGO celebrates International Children's Day on 1st of June, International Day of Disabled People on the 3rd of December and New Year. These celebrations have become traditions. All the celebrations are generally accompanied with concerts and puppet shows. Also children from poor families are awarded with gifts, food, clothing etc.
